Villa Maria is an attractive residence situated at the corner of Cape Town’s Kloof Street and Kloof Nek Road, providing a welcoming and secure environment location for female students. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre and has shops, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby.

The residence has single bedrooms of various sizes, as well as a common room with a television/ DVD/Video and a gym room. (Household gym!) Wireless internet access is also provided.

Villa Maria has extensive grounds with a well-kept and peaceful garden area.
